Welcome to Bleu Royal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website shopbleuroyal.com and the purchase of our products, including French Bulldogs and apparel (collectively, “Products”). By accessing our Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Site or purchase our Products.
1. Products
• Puppies/Dogs: All sales of puppies are subject to availability, health screenings, and our Puppy Purchase Agreement (provided separately at time of sale). We reserve the right to decline a sale if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
• Apparel & Merchandise: Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate information, but errors may occur.
2. Orders & Payments
• Orders are not final until full payment is received.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Puppies: Delivery or pick-up will be arranged individually and outlined in the Puppy Purchase Agreement. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Merchandise: Shipping times vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Refunds & Returns
• Puppies: All puppy sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Health guarantees will be detailed in the Puppy Purchase Agreement.
• Merchandise: All sales are final. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Health Guarantee (Puppies)
Each puppy is sold with a written health guarantee that covers specific conditions for a set period of time (details provided in the Puppy Purchase Agreement). We are not responsible for health issues arising from neglect, poor diet, accidents, or failure to follow care guidelines.
